GENERAL INFO

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Taxes and Duties
We will charge residents of New York a sales tax of 4% and residents of New Jersey a sales tax of 7%. 

Order Fulfillment
It takes 2 - 5 business days for orders to be processed. You will receive your merchandise within 3-14 business days. Orders are processed from New York and shipped from New Jersey. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email. Standard delivery orders in the U.S. will be shipped via UPS. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. We do not charge your credit card until your order is shipped and we do not bill you for items that are not available.

When is my credit card charged?
The card is not charged until the product ships.

How do your jackets fit?
Our jackets generally run slim. Please refer to our sizing chart before making your purchase.


SHIPPING 

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $100 anywhere in the US. Free standard shipping is not valid for Hawaii and Puerto Rico, expedited US orders, Canada orders, or returns.

We ship to all USA states and Canada, and international shipping is suspended until further notice. Additional customs fees may apply for orders to Canada, as our standard shipping fees does not include duty taxes. Please email customer_service@membersonlyoriginal.com for more information.

Domestic orders are usually shipped within 48 hours after your order has been processed. It takes about up to 2-5 business days for orders to be processed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are determined by order dollar amount and destination at point of purchase.

What shipping providers do you use?
All orders are shipped via UPS. Rates are determined by the UPS live shipping calculator.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
We ship to APO/FPO addresses, but do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes addresses at this time.

Can I track my package online?
Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. You can then log into ups.com to track your package.

Service Delays
Members Only is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays such as severe weather, natural disasters, etc. which may add an additional 1 to 2 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order


ONLINE RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days from the date marked on the original packing list to process a return or exchange. Please include your packing slip with the merchandise and ship the box to the address mentioned below for a full refund. After which you can revisit our website and order the correct item.

Members Only is responsible for return shipping fees if our warehouse shipped an incorrect item (different from what you ordered). In that case, please inform us at “customer_service@membersonlyoriginal.com” for a return shipping label. After receipt of your item, we will promptly refund your payment, excluding shipping fee if any.

Members Only will not accept returns after 30 days from the date marked on the original packing list. We also do not hold responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages. Upon our receiving and inspection of the merchandise, a refund, minus the initial shipping charge, will then be issued to the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. We will charge a 25% restocking fee if the item is returned not according to our instructions (ie, shipping to an incorrect address or after 30 days). We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Will I be charged shipping for the return?
Yes. Customers must pay for shipping on any returns or exchanges. In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, Members Only is not responsible for the package if there is no tracking confirmation.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Members Only respects your right to privacy. Accordingly, we do not share or sell your information to any third-parties. Any and all information collected by Members Only is used solely for the purpose of processing of your order. Once you create an account with Members Only, you are automatically included in our updates, newsletters and correspondences.
